We aim to dispatch all frame-only orders within 2 working days, although this may take slightly longer during busy periods.

Orders that include prescription lenses are custom-made and may take up to 14 working days to be dispatched.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected, with deliveries taking place Monday to Saturday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
